We add life to your investment.

We care for buildings through clear service standards, site-specific training and work records. These principles guide how we plan and review your service.

Care for the building and the people in it

We plan cleaning around the people, equipment and work in your facility. Each site has a written scope, crews trained for the agreed tasks and records you can review. Access, room-release requirements and inspection responsibilities are agreed with your team.

  • A man in a navy polo, goggles and blue gloves mops a lab floor with a flat mop while three people in lab coats work.
  • A man in a navy Add Life polo and blue mask stands before a screen showing an AddLife Training Academy slide.
  • A man in a navy Add Life polo and blue mask stands before wall-mounted mops, cloths, a backpack vacuum and a cleaner jug.
  • A man in a navy work shirt carries a black duffel bag and pulls open a glass door to a lit lobby at dusk.
  • Two men and two women in navy polos and cargo trousers read a clipboard in a lab corridor, a scientist beyond the glass.

Six things you can hold us to.

  1. Discipline

Procedures over improvisation. The same room is cleaned the same way on the same schedule, and the record shows it.

  2. People first

Our crews are trained professionals with a path in front of them, and our clients are partners with a phone number that gets answered.

  3. Integrity

We earn access to sensitive space with honesty and discretion, and we keep it by doing what the scope says.

  4. Stewardship

Green cleaning products and practices that protect the people in the room, the instruments on the bench and the air everyone shares.

  5. Excellence

Site training before the first shift, inspections against the scope every week, and a monthly report you can act on.

  6. Improvement

We use inspection findings and your feedback to review the service. When your needs change, we discuss and document the revised scope.
