Advanced manufacturing
Production floors have a rhythm: shifts, changeovers, a line that cannot stop. We fit the cleaning into it, keep the epoxy and the lane markings to spec, and clean the controlled rooms to your procedure.

What changes in this building
Around the line, never in it.
- Shifts
When the floor is ours: between shifts, at changeover, on the maintenance window.
- Floors
Epoxy and sealed concrete on a scrub schedule; lane markings protected; forklift paths first.
- Controlled rooms
Gowned entry and your procedure where the plant has cleanrooms or GMP suites.
- Boundaries
Machines, fixtures and WIP are not ours; the line's own crew owns them.
- Warehouse and offices
Docks, break rooms, restrooms and the front office on the nightly routine.

Questions from plant managers
Can you clean around a running line?
Only what the scope names as ours while the line runs, usually floors on the paths and the support areas. The production floor itself is cleaned in the window written in the scope.
Do you work with our EHS rules?
Yes. Lockout awareness, PPE, forklift paths and chemical rules are in the site training and on record.
What about our cleanroom?
Gowned crews trained to your procedure, with records by room and lot, as on any regulated site.
