Before the walk

What happens on a site walk?

We tour the building with you, room by room, and write down what each one needs. You get a written scope, a schedule and a price before anyone starts.

Is there a minimum size?

We review the spaces, tasks and schedule for each request. Tell us whether you need service for a floor, a suite or a whole building so we can confirm the right scope.

Where do you work?

The greater San Francisco Bay Area from Santa Clara: Silicon Valley and the South Bay, San Francisco and the Peninsula, the East Bay and the North Bay, and Northern California by arrangement.

How is pricing done?

From the scope: rooms, tasks, frequencies and staffing. The price is in the document you sign, and a change in the building is a revised scope, not a surprise on the invoice.

The work

Whose chemistry do you use?

Yours where the site specifies it, otherwise products agreed in the scope, with green cleaning practices wherever the site allows. Safety sheets live in a binder in the closet from day one.

Do you clean labs and cleanrooms?

Yes. Labs after release, at the edges; cleanrooms by gowned crews trained to your procedure, with records by room and lot.

Nights, days or both?

Both. Schedules are set for your facility, day or night, and the after-hours access plan is signed by both of us.

Who do we call?

One person owns your site and answers the phone. The number is in the scope.

People and paperwork

Are the crews your employees?

Our own crews perform the cleaning, with site-specific training before the first shift and the training kept on record.

What records will we see?

The cleaning log by room, the training records for the crew on your site, the weekly inspection scores and the monthly report.

Insurance and certifications?

Certificates of insurance are available on request. We are members of ISSA. Ask us for current CIMS-GB and NMSDC status and the documentation your procurement team requires.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on the scope, site access, staffing and the training your site requires. The start date is written in the scope and we overlap with the outgoing vendor.
