Nine services. One scope. One phone number.
From the cleanroom to the curb, every service is run the same way: we walk the room with you, write down what it needs, train the crew to your site and keep the records.

The services
Choose the services your building needs.
Explore the cleaning methods, planning questions and records for each service. We will confirm the tasks and schedule for your facility on the site walk.

Janitorial and custodial
Nightly care for offices, kitchens, restrooms, lobbies and common areas.

Medical and laboratory facilities
Floors, sinks and bench edges after release; nothing on the bench is touched.

Facility maintenance
Planned building care, lighting, fixtures and filters around your schedule.

Disinfection and decontamination
Disinfection planned for the surface, the space and the chemistry you approve.

Floor and surface care
Epoxy, vinyl, stone and terrazzo: scrub, burnish, strip and seal on schedule.

Specialty and project work
Post-construction cleans, windows, power washing and move-in make-ready.

Day porter and on-site teams
A porter on site through the day for lobbies, restrooms, kitchens and events.

Cleanroom and controlled environments
Cleaning to your contamination-control plan, with records by room and lot.

GMP and regulated cleaning
Cleaning to your site procedures, logged the way your quality team needs it.

We tour the building with you, room by room, and write down what each one needs.
Written scope

Onboarding
The crew is trained to your site and procedures, badges and keys are set up, and we overlap with the outgoing vendor.
Review
A weekly inspection against the scope, a monthly report with the records, and a sit-down whenever the building changes.
On the record
What stands behind the scope.
Written
A scope for every site, signed before the first shift

Crews taught your procedures on site

Green cleaning products and practices where the site allows

Questions about the services
Can we start with one building or one floor?
Yes. The scope is written per site and per room, so a pilot floor, a single lab suite or one lobby is a normal starting point.
Do you bring your own chemicals and equipment?
Yes, unless your site specifies its own. The scope names every product, and the safety sheets stay in a binder in the closet from day one.
What if our building changes?
The scope is revised and re-signed. A new floor, a new suite or a change in hours is a conversation, not a surprise on the invoice.
