Specialty cleaning and project work

The jobs with a start and an end: post-construction and make-ready cleans, window cleaning, pressure washing, move-in and move-out support. Each one is scoped, dated and priced on its own.

A man in a navy Add Life polo with a backpack vacuum cleans a new lab while a woman on a scissor lift wipes upper cabinets.

What we look for

On the walk, before the project.

  1. The handover

Who hands the space to us and when, what the contractor still owns, and what a finished job looks like to you.

  2. Dust and debris

Construction dust in ceilings, ledges, ducts, cabinets; what needs HEPA vacuuming before any wet work.

  3. Heights and access

Lifts, ladders, roof access, fall protection; what the site requires.

  4. Glass

Interior and exterior, how many storeys, anchors or ground reach, and the water source.

  5. Exterior

Walkways, docks, garages, patios; pressure-washing windows and where the water goes.

  6. The white-glove walk

The joint walk at the end, with a punch list, before we call it done.

A man in navy coveralls, ear defenders, goggles and boots pressure-washes a wet plaza beside a glass building at sunset.
Looking up through a glass skylight with white frames, tree branches and blue sky beyond, sun flaring at the top right.

From scope to sign-off

A project with a start and an end.

Each phase with its date and its crew, at a fixed price, closed by a joint walk and a signature.

  1. The site walk, the dates and a fixed price.

  2. The space is ours on the date written down.

  3. HEPA vacuuming first, then the wet work.

  4. The last wipe-down, to the room's own procedure if it has one.

  5. The joint walk and its punch list.

  6. The punch list closed, the project signed.

What we write down

What goes into the project scope.

  1. Phases and dates

Rough clean, final clean, the white-glove walk; each with its date and its crew.

  2. Price and inclusions

A fixed price with what is in and what is out, so the invoice matches the scope.

  3. Sign-off

The punch list from the joint walk and the sign-off that closes the project.

Projects with a start and an end

  • Hands with a pen, dot stickers and a tablet gather around a printed floor plan marked with colored dots.
  • A man in a navy polo and black gloves stands on a stepladder and squeegees a tall glass wall beside a landscaped path.
  • A man in a navy polo and gray gloves sweeps wide concrete outdoor steps with a push broom beside glass railings.
  • A squeegee rests on the sill of a tall office window, a low sun over hills and low office buildings beyond the glass.
  • A curved squeegee streak marks a glass partition, a bright lab with benches and a fume hood visible beyond it.

Questions about project work

Do you work with our general contractor?

Yes. The handover is written into the scope: what the contractor finishes, when the space is ours, and the joint walk at the end.

Can you do a post-construction clean for a lab or cleanroom?

Yes, in the right order: HEPA vacuuming first, then wet work, then the final wipe-down to the room's own procedure if it has one.

Is exterior work seasonal?

Pressure washing and exterior glass depend on weather and water windows; the scope names the window and the rain date.
